End-to-end residential renovations, from period townhouses to country estates. Managed by one hand, from first conversation to final snag.
Full-house renovation is the biggest part of what I do. I take projects from initial brief and feasibility through to handover — working alongside architects and consultants when the project calls for it, and leading on craft throughout.
Most projects fall between £250k and £5m. Programmes typically run from twelve months to three years for a country house. I work on listed properties regularly and am comfortable with the conservation conversation around heritage materials and details.
The team is small on purpose. The same faces are on site from start to finish — no second tier of work, no subcontracted seconds. Every site visit is a real conversation with the people doing the building.
