Fine Carpentry & Joinery

Joinery work spans the architectural — panelled rooms, staircases, libraries, dressing rooms, panelled doors — and the smaller commissions a single room calls for.

We work in hardwoods and softwoods, in solid timber and veneer, in painted and natural finishes. Where the work calls for it we collaborate with specialist French polishers, gilders and metalworkers we have used for years.

Whether a single fitted wardrobe or an entire panelled library, the brief is the same: pieces that look right in the room, sit quietly within it, and reward inspection up close.
