Joinery work spans the architectural — panelled rooms, staircases, libraries, dressing rooms, panelled doors — and the smaller commissions a single room calls for.
I work in hardwoods and softwoods, in solid timber and veneer, in painted and natural finishes. Where the work calls for it I bring in specialist French polishers, gilders and metalworkers I've used for years.
Whether a single fitted wardrobe or an entire panelled library, the brief is the same: pieces that look right in the room, sit quietly within it, and reward a closer look.
